I think the program was great. The course was very in-depth and at no point did I feel there was anything that wasn’t covered. The instructor was very knowledgeable and had no problem taking the time to explain something if someone got stuck. I like the classroom atmosphere, it was very relaxed and comfortable. APSI has done a great job of creating a teaching environment that takes industry standards and real life situations and shows you what to expect, and more importantly gives you the tools to be successful. APSI doesn’t just teach you the curriculum and send you out on your own. They continue to help you find employment and, not only get you back to work but, find a career path that you can be proud of. I have been so impressed by this program, that I have recommended it to family and friends who are out of work or looking for a new career path”

I would like to address all individuals involved in the APSI Mike Mentor/Workforce Development Program, giving your organization a Grade ‘A’ performance.   APSI has shown diligence and a commitment to train students for a great opportunity in the field of Fiber Optics. Thank you Drew Richter, James Burns, Marvin Kelley and Scott Coulter for your exceptional effort.  I enjoyed working with you all as a team of professionals, focused upon the task, committed to train, sincere in post classroom correspondence-working overtime to establish placement in the workforce for your students.  Finally, I wish you all at APSI the best in your future continued success and suggest that those individuals looking to train in the various programs, which APSI has to offer, rest assured they are learning from a staff completely structured to see them succeed.

I am honored to have been a Mike Minter Workforce Development Program Scholarship Graduate.  Since attending APSI’s broadband class, I have been able to compete for jobs in the telecommunications field that I would have not been able to compete for.  I can honestly say that the certifications I earned at APSI, through the Fiber Optic Association played a major part in me gaining employment.  I am now employed and rapidly growing each day in my new duties.  I recommend the APSI Broadband Program to anyone who is looking for current training, industry credentials and a real opportunity for employment. My family and I are grateful to APSI and the Mike Minter Workforce Development Program and hope to be able to return for advanced classes in the near future.
